During this phase, we carefully develop all designs and plans to ensure the project is understood by all involved. Once this is complete, you will sign a contract to approve the start of the project. Upon signing, we will move into further collaboration to manage the project and work on the finer details. A step-by-step process will be outlined to you from this point until the completion of the project via an online management system.


Combined with our expertise and recommendations, you will be asked to choose the required designs and colours to ensure every aspect of your project is as you picture it.

Supplier Engagement

Once all designs, colours, and other items are determined, we will ensure all supplies are ordered in a timely manner to keep the project on schedule. Working with a number of trusted manufacturers and suppliers, we will focus on your satisfaction with each product. Along with this, any information on warranties and their requirements will be supplied to you.

Project Realization

Once building has begun, you will visit the site with us throughout the remaining steps to ensure everything is as expected. Such visits ensure any unforeseen issues are addressed immediately and you are able to request any changes easily along the way. Focusing on a transparent process, the online project management system will be updated frequently to keep you informed of progress when you are not on-site. Along with this, any necessary inspections will be undertaken and records kept for each.

Warranty and Follow-up

Upon completion of the project, you will be provided with any related information to the project, and a follow-up will occur to confirm that you are happy with the end result.
